      Minutes from Managers Meetings 2008/2009

     

  Last Meeting

• Home Team are responsible for putting nets up
• Providing two suitable match balls
• Paying the Referee
• Handing Match Report back to SFL
• Both Teams must Text result in by 9:30pm
• A minimum of 8 players will constitute a game
• Both teams must arrive at least 15 mins prior to kick off
• Teams arriving more than 15 mins late, will forfeit the fixture

• F.A. Level 1 Course available, interested people need to contact SFL.

• All Teams need to provide profiles, team photo's by no later than Monday 13th October 2008.

       General Notes

• Website is being updated on a regular basis.

• Home teams to get completed Match Reports to SFL by Monday 5pm, otherwise a £15 fine.

• Match Reports delivered to SFL after 5pm on Thursdays will be deemed as missing and incurr a £30 fine.

• Please ensure all Match Reports are complete.

• Match Reports should also be handed in for forfeited games.

• Insert dates, tick goalscorers and make sure the result is correct, and if you're inserting additional players names, please keep the handwriting neat.

• An incomplete Match Report will incurr a £5 fine.

• Please respect all officials as heavy penalties will be given to teams who fail to control their players & spectators.

• Home teams to ensure pitches at Saltley are left litter-free, pick up bin liners from Reception.

• Manager’s Representative is Imran Majid.

• Referee's Secretary is Fayyaz Razzaq .

• Absence from Manager’s Meetings will result in a 1 point deduction.

• Each Team (both Home & Away) MUST Text in the result of their game on the Match Day by 9:30pm.

• Failure to do so will result in a £10 fine.
