“United we stand, together we fall.” The vision of Real West Brom FC is to provide a sustainable set up for players on a long term basis around Staying Safe, Being Healthy, Enjoying & Achieving, Positive Contribution and Economic Well being through sports and informal education. Real West Brom Football Club was officially established in September 2005 and consists of players from West Bromwich, and players from other places in the Sandwell, Dudley and Birmingham area from many different backgrounds, religion, culture and ethnicity. The Club hopes to promote positive activities through football to the community, in a manner and style of which the community can be proud of. We are guided by the UEFA Hatrick Project based at West Bromwich Albion FC, and also by the Birmingham County FA, to which we are affiliated. Real West Brom FC has achieved the first level of the FA Charter Standard Adult Club award in May 2007. The club is rightly proud of its achievements in this area. The Club has also been successful in applying for Funding from the Football Foundation for 3 years which will help sustain Real West Brom FC longer. Real West Brom F.C. was founded with the idea of creating a sense of belonging and wanting unity amongst communities and breaking down barriers between individuals from different backgrounds and colour. Real West Brom F.C is hopefully aiming to achieve a much bigger squad by making this team open to anybody from all areas and enjoys diversity, with a mixture of youth and experience. The reason why the club chose to go ahead with their own team is due to being successful in previous tournaments. So far up to date, the club has won several national tournaments and several local tournaments, and being promoted from the Shapla League Division 1 to the Premier Division in the first season of entering in 2005 and also winning the Shapla League Presentation Day Tournament in 2005. All the trophies for Real West Brom FC are displayed in West Bromwich at the Yemeni Community Association for public view. The success made the club thirsty for more opportunities so this enabled the club to enter a prestigious league such as the Shapla Football League. The Club is run by dedicated volunteers from West Bromwich from the Yemeni and Bangladeshi Community with support from the Yemeni Community Association, who we cant thank enough for their support. The Club committee was established in 2005 and has had a few changes. The Club is run by professionals from Sandwell Children & Young People Services, Sandwell Wardens and Sandwell Hospital who are committed to ensuring the success of the club. The committee comprising of the Club Manager - Abdul Kahar, Club Coach Ahmed Salem, Club Assistant Manager - Adele Alkash, Club Treasurer - Tozommul Hoque, Club Secretary - Nabeel Saeed.
